Her leadership is driven by a commitment to optimizing production methods, minimizing waste, and fostering a comprehensive farming ecosystem. Under her guidance, Mathu’s Foods has expanded production, diversified product lines, and is establishing a state-of-the-art processing hub. Mathulare is also passionate about creating a positive social impact through job creation and Agri-Seta accredited training programs
